Privacy Policy - La3ieb Platform

Introduction

This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement"), including the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and all policies published on the "La3ieb" platform, has been established to protect and preserve the rights of both La3ieb Sports Foundation (the platform owner) and the user who accesses the platform whether registered or not, or the consumer who benefits from the platform's content or services.

This agreement with all its terms and conditions and any resulting legal disputes are subject to the regulations and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By using, accessing, or registering on the "La3ieb" platform, you agree to fully comply with all provisions of this agreement. "La3ieb" platform reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and these modifications shall be binding on all parties after being announced through the platform or any other means of communication.

Article One: Definitions

1. La3ieb Platform:
   An electronic platform that enables users to create accounts to publish sports content, offer/request sports services, or interact with an electronic sports community. Referred to in this agreement as "La3ieb", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "First Party".
2. User:
   Any person who creates an account on the "La3ieb" platform, whether for browsing, publishing sports content, offering or requesting sports services, or interacting with other users. Referred to in this agreement as "User", "Member", or "Second Party".
3. Sports Content:
   Includes all published images, videos, texts, or displays related to sports, exercises, advice, events, sports services, or relevant advertisements.
4. Sports Service:
   Any service provided through the platform such as training, sports consultations, organizing matches or events, selling or renting sports equipment, or other activities falling under sports.

Article Two: Usage Terms

As a "Second Party" in this agreement and as a beneficiary of "La3ieb" platform services, you must fully comply with the following terms:

Interaction with Others:

• Advertising or promoting prohibited products or services such as tobacco products or banned substances is prohibited
• Any content or service violating human rights or involving exploitation is strictly prohibited
• You must respect general rules of sports interaction including:
  • No bullying or mocking others' abilities or skills
  • Refrain from offensive or racist language
  • Respect fans of other teams and clubs

Violation Consequences:

Violating any of these terms grants "La3ieb" platform full rights to:

• Suspend or permanently cancel your membership
• Ban the used phone number
• Take legal actions and notify concerned authorities
• Prevent you from returning to use the platform without written approval from "La3ieb" management

Article Three: Responsibility

1. La3ieb platform provides a service enabling users to publish their sports content, display their sports services and products, or interact with others within a digital sports environment, according to the approved usage policy. The platform provides no guarantees or assumes any responsibility if users don't comply with this policy.
2. "La3ieb" platform disclaims responsibility for any risks, damages, or material/moral losses affecting any party resulting from platform use, whether service providers, consumers, or third parties.
3. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for complying with all applicable regulations and bylaws in Saudi Arabia.
4. As a user, you authorize the platform to store personal and non-personal data you provide, and "La3ieb" management has the right to view, use, and analyze it in accordance with the privacy policy.
5. You acknowledge "La3ieb" platform's right to monitor internal messages and content when suspecting usage terms violations, and the platform may delete or modify content, images, or advertisements without prior notice.
6. Any instructions or decisions issued by "La3ieb" management, supervisors, or employees are binding to the user immediately upon notification through platform messages, mobile, email, or system notifications, and the user must fully comply.
7. If you violate any laws or policies applicable in the Kingdom or "La3ieb" platform policies, the platform reserves full rights to legally pursue you for compensation of all damages and losses including attorney fees and legal expenses.

Article Four: Membership Terms

Membership in "La3ieb" platform consists of a username linked to a personal mobile number, subject to:

1. You must choose a decent and appropriate username during registration reflecting sportsmanship and professionalism.
2. Creating more than one account for the same person or entity on the platform is prohibited.
3. Using more than one membership for any purpose is prohibited, and duplicate memberships violate usage policy.
4. You must update the mobile number linked to the account when changed or lost to ensure continued access to membership.
5. If the membership name contains a trade name or trademark, the user must own it or be officially authorized to use it.
6. Selling or transferring membership to a third party, or allowing others to use it is prohibited.
7. The user must maintain membership data confidentiality and not share it with anyone.
8. "La3ieb" platform commits to taking necessary security measures to protect user data.
9. "La3ieb" platform uses analytical tools like Google Analytics and other performance measurement means to improve user experience and develop services.
10. The platform reserves the right to suspend your account or number and include it in the ban list if:
    • A documented complaint is filed against you
    • You commit a fundamental violation
    • You misuse the platform in any way

Article Five: Advertising and Sports Services Policy

1. Sports Advertising Controls

When publishing any advertisement or content related to a sports service or product, the user must comply with:

• The advertised sports content must be accurate and truthful
• The advertisement must include clear details about the service or product
• The advertisement must not contain inappropriate images or words

2. Sports Service Provision Terms

Sports service providers may publish their offers after complying with:

• The service provider must be academically or professionally qualified in the sports field
• Providing medical or treatment services without proper licensing is prohibited
• Price transparency must be maintained with no hidden fees
• Session or training schedules must be respected

3. Specialized Account Opening Terms

Users may apply to open a specialized account (e.g., coach, player, agent) provided:

• Accurately complete the account opening form with required documents
• Comply with all commercial/professional usage terms of the platform
• Respect customer privacy and don't publish user photos/data without written consent

4. Advertising Violations

In case of advertising policy violations, "La3ieb" platform reserves the right to:

• Delete the advertisement without prior notice
• Temporarily or permanently ban the violating account
• Refer the violation to official concerned authorities
• Impose administrative fees or compensations for repeated violations

Article Six: Content Addition Terms

1. You pledge not to publish or advertise any prohibited sports services or products under Saudi regulations or violating "La3ieb" policies.
2. You pledge not to add any offensive, racist, defamatory, or inappropriate replies in platform interactions.
3. You pledge not to send private messages containing random advertisements or violating content or public morals.
4. You pledge to clearly and explicitly specify prices for advertised sports services or products.
5. You pledge to follow up on published advertisements and interact with interested parties through replies or private messages.
6. You must not repeat advertisements or publish them excessively in ways compromising fairness, subject to "La3ieb" monitoring.
7. Advertisements must be limited to sports services/products only, not for general purposes outside the platform's specialty.
8. Advertisements must include basic information and be listed in the correct section according to sports content type.
9. "La3ieb" platform reserves the right to delete any advertisement or content without stating reasons if found violating policies.
10. Copying any advertisement from the platform whether text, image, or republishing outside "La3ieb" without written permission is prohibited.

Article Seven: Prohibited Private Messages

Private messages containing the following are prohibited:

1. Any form of commercial advertising or promotion within private messages
2. Insults, defamation, attacks, or inappropriate language whether justified or not
3. Harassment, threats, or any improper behavior
4. Requesting users to share personal or banking information
5. Sending links to untrusted external sites or potentially containing malware

Article Eight: Subscription System

"La3ieb" platform offers annual or periodic subscription options for some additional services, subject to:

1. Carefully read subscription terms before payment and ensure they match your usage nature
2. Subscription is activated only after correct payment completion
3. "La3ieb" platform may suspend subscription or limit benefits if user violates policies or misuses subscription
4. All payments are final and non-refundable after service activation, except for documented technical cases preventing service benefit
5. For payment errors or failed activation of paid services, contact technical support within 72 hours of payment

Article Nine: Prohibited Advertisements

Advertisements containing any of the following are prohibited:
